FEES

Counseling Rates and Payment

The rate is $120 per clinical hour (50-55 minutes). All major credit and debit cards, cash, and check are accepted for payment. If the fee is an issue, please reach out to see if I have any reduced rate spots available.

Insurance

Sunburst Counseling does not take insurance at this time. However, a superbill can be provided upon request if you would like to try to be reimbursed by your insurance company. It cannot be guaranteed that your insurance company will provide you with a reimbursement. It is recommended that you call your insurance company to discuss if this is an option for you. Superbills typically include a diagnosis code, which we would discuss in detail before I generate the statement.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel without giving 24 hours notice or you no show to your appointment, you will incur a charge as follows.

Late Cancellation Fee: $30

No Show Fee: $60
